Deadline for returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange for unjustified reasons.

Product conditions
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns for damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as personalized items, downloadable products, or perishable items, as long as they did not arrive in poor condition.

Return process

Shipping costs

Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned items, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Changes
If you'd like to exchange an item for another, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange it, provided the new product is available and the original product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
