L-Apa (American Pale Ale) belongs to the Ale type, with top fermentation and Pale type base malt. The recipe becomes more complex due to the mixture with two other types of malt (Pale, Biscuit and Wheat) and three types of hops (Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe) in different cooking phases and even in the Dry hop phase. .

The recipe is natural, without additives and without pasteurization or filtering and responds to the traditional principles of purity Malta + hops + yeast + water. It is a living product and should be kept in places less than 10º. Regarding flavor and aroma, the selection of hops evokes memories of citrus, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit... free to our imagination. The bitterness that the hops also give us is balanced and its body is medium.
