Gin 72 is distilled with a traditional method, using traditional batch cycle direct fire stills. Gin 72 goes through 3 distillation processes, in the recipe there are 16 botanical ingredients including roots, seeds, fruits and vegetables; It is also one of the few gins in the world that has a seaweed in the recipe, which is harvested manually on the wonderful northern beaches of Fuerteventura.
