Au-Lager (India Pale Lager) belongs to the Lager type, low fermentation and also Pale base malt. It differs from the usual lagers in that it has a more “bold” amount of hops. The recipe includes two malts (Pale and Vienna) and three hops (Summit, Cascade and Amarillo) in different phases, including Dry Hop.
Like L-Apa, the recipe is as natural as possible and responds to the same principles. Regarding flavor and aroma, it is a beer that evokes tropical flavors and aromas with a moderate bitterness and a medium body. Perfect to pair with our gastronomy. Health!
